Do you accept returns?

 Absolutely, we want you to be happy with our product.  If the product is defective, or there has been an order error, you can return any unused goods within 10 days of receiving the shipment.  Contact [email protected] and specify the order # and a sales rep will get back to you with an RA#.

Is there a re-stocking fee?

If the reason for the return is our fault, then there is no fee.  If you need to cancel after shipping, the size doesn’t fit, or something along those lines, then there is a 25% re-stocking fee. Note that special order items: formal wear,  suits and blazers are returnable at the discretion of your sales rep, and there may be additional fees.

Do I need an RA#?

Any returned goods MUST be issued an RA#, no returns can be accepted without an RA# first issued.  RA# should be put somewhere on the outside of the box

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be refunded with the order total if a shipping error was made on our part.  Product must be returned freight pre-paid, you will be credited back for the shipping amount.  If order return isn’t our fault, then shipping charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for return freight
